Changed your mind? Please bring your purchase into the store, unworn and garment with all tags attached within 7 days from the date of purchase, along with your receipt. We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, however Hobsons Fashion Centre will grant a credit for the amount of your purchase or an item exchange.
Faulty product? If you find a problem with a garment, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the problem. You can chose from a refund, credit, exchange or repair in the unfortunate event that your purchased garment is damaged or faulty. * Please note that we require the manufacturer to assess the garment before a refund can be issued.
Underwear: Please chose carefully. Due to health regulations, underwear cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
Sale Items: No exchange or refunds on sale items, unless the product is damaged or faulty.
